SHIPPING POLICY

Due to ongoing Canada Post labour disruptions, we are currently unable to ship orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will continue to offer local pickup and delivery within Regina, SK as fulfillment options. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be advised that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside our control. We will do everything we can to avoid delays!

At this time, we are unable to ship Oribe and Kevin Murphy products outside of Saskatchewan. If you are ordering from within Saskatchewan and are seeing double shipping rates, please contact us at info@salonsociety.ca or 306-581-4247.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery and in-store pickup to customers in Regina, SK!

All local deliveries within Regina, SK are $5.00. 

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM on 8:30 PM. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

This option is available for addresses within Regina, SK city limits.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1368 Rose Street. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are:

  • 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday-Wednesdays
  • 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Thursdays
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturdays 
  • CLOSED Sundays/Holidays

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of North America. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Salon Society is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@salonsociety.ca with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you!

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Local Regina, SK deliveries CANNOT be delivered to PO Boxes as they are hand-delivered by a Salon Society team member. Please provide a home or business address if you choose this option!


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Salon Society is happy to return/exchange any item* from the boutique for store credit if:
  • Item is returned with receipt or salon file
  • Under 14 days from purchase
  • Unused, perfect condition (same as purchased)
50% store credit only if:
  • Item is returned with receipt or salon file
  • Under 30 days from purchase
  • If less than 1/4 of the product has been used
*final sale items:
  • Sale/Discounted items (Bundle Box Deals)
  • Hot tools, hair accessories, brushes, combs (must go through manufacturer for warranty)
  • Travel-sized, deluxe sample-sized items
  • Candles 
  • Lip/Eye products
  • SASO gifted/donated items are not eligible to be returned/exchanged/or offered store credit

gift cards and service packages.

  • All gift cards or service packages purchased are final sale and cannot be refunded
  • Gift card values never expire
  • Package discounts are valid for 365 days after purchase, after that date, the value of the gift card is still valid
  • Gift cards purchased, or gifted for services are non-transferable and can be used for the original service listed only
